Sample Comparison

Check if the color and model of the button match the provided sample exactly to ensure product consistency and meet customer requirements.

Surface Integrity

Inspect the button surface for smoothness; it should be free from cracks, notches, unevenness, or obvious scratches.

Structural Integrity

Ensure that both the face and the back of the button are free from cracks, bubbles, and other defects; check for any frayed edges or uneven thickness.

Color Consistency Standards

The pattern should have no noticeable distortions, and there should be no "white eyes" (unpainted white areas within the pattern) or "white rings" (white circles surrounding the pattern).

Buttonhole and Eyelet

The buttonhole should be smooth and clear to facilitate easy threading, and the eyelet should not be unthreaded or ruptured, and must be symmetrical without any oversized holes. For concealed buttonholes, the slot should be smooth with no evident splits.

Pattern and Decoration

The color variation within the same batch of buttons should meet at least a Grade 4 standard according to GB250. Compared to the original sample, the color variation should not be less than Grade 3 of GB250. This is a standard to quantify color consistency, ensuring acceptable color variation across different production batches.
